1. Introduction and Acceptance of Agreement

1.1 Thank you for choosing ticktotravel ("the Company"). We strive to ensure you have a delightful travel experience. To avoid any misunderstandings, we request you to read, understand, and abide by the following 'Terms and Conditions' along with our Privacy Policy, Refund, and Cancellation policies before booking any tour, holiday, service, or making any transaction with ticktotravel through our sales offices, sales partners, website, mobile applications, or any other platforms. By booking any tour or service with ticktotravel, you give your unqualified consent to accept and abide by these 'Terms and Conditions'. If you disagree with any part of these 'Terms and Conditions', please do not proceed with the booking.

1.2 These 'Terms and Conditions' apply to all group tours, customized holidays, corporate tours, and any other services and products for domestic, international, or inbound travel organized by ticktotravel.

1.3 ticktotravel reserves the right to interpret these 'Terms and Conditions' and has the final authority on their interpretation.

1.4 ticktotravel reserves the right to amend, vary, add, amplify, or waive any stipulation, representation, term, or condition mentioned in these 'Terms and Conditions' without prior notice.

1.5 In the event of unprecedented force majeure situations or changes in government policy, ticktotravel reserves the right to supersede any part of these 'Terms and Conditions' with an alternate and valid enforceable provision.

1.6 Each of these 'Terms and Conditions' shall be severable. If any provision is declared invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

1.7 These 'Terms and Conditions', together with other booking-related terms and communications sent periodically, represent the entire agreement between ticktotravel and you.

1.8 No agreement exists between the Company and you until the Company has received the initial registration amount or deposit, as applicable.

2. Description

2.1 These 'Terms and Conditions' may be referred to as the 'ticktotravel Terms and Conditions' or 'Rules and Regulations'.

2.2 ticktotravel will be referred to as 'the Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our', and its users will be referred to as 'Guest(s)', 'you', 'your', 'tourist(s)', 'traveler(s)', 'client(s)', 'customer(s)', 'passenger(s)', or 'pax'.

2.3 The website and mobile applications of ticktotravel are collectively referred to as the 'Website'.

3. Definitions

3.1 'ticktotravel' refers to ticktotravel Private Limited, operating under the brand name 'ticktotravel'.

3.2 'Website' means https://ticktotravel.com and 'Web page' refers to any page on the Website.

3.3 'Brochure' refers to any document with tour information, including printed brochures, e-brochures, e-itineraries, leaflets, booklets, travel planners, tour price lists, or tour information emails.

3.4 'Tour' refers to any domestic, international, or inbound tour organized by ticktotravel.

3.5 'Group Tour' refers to a scheduled tour comprising a minimum number of guests as defined by ticktotravel.

3.6 'FIT' means Free Independent Travel, and 'GIT' means Group Inclusive Tour.

3.7 'Corporate Tour' refers to special tours designed for corporates, industries, institutions, independent organizations, ad-hoc groups, or individuals to facilitate meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, team-building activities, and other events. This segment is also known as MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).

4. Booking and Payments

4.1 To book a tour or service, you must complete the prescribed booking form and adhere to the payment schedule as communicated by ticktotravel.

4.2 Payments can be made through various modes, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or any other method specified by ticktotravel.

4.3 The booking amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.

4.4 Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in the cancellation of your booking without prior notice.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify ticktotravel in writing.

5.2 Cancellation charges will apply as per the cancellation policy specified by ticktotravel at the time of booking.

5.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, deducting any applicable cancellation charges and administrative fees.

6. Travel Documents and Compliance

6.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other required permits, before the commencement of the tour.

6.2 ticktotravel will not be liable for any issues arising from incomplete or invalid travel documents.

6.3 You must comply with the laws, regulations, and customs of the countries visited during the tour.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 ticktotravel acts as an intermediary between you and various service providers, such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and other service providers.

7.2 While we take reasonable care in selecting these service providers, ticktotravel is not responsible for any acts or omissions on their part
